| 摘 要： | 目的建立健膝胶囊的质量标准研究。方法用TLC法对黄芪、骨碎补、淫羊藿进行定性鉴别；用HPLC法测定骨碎补中柚皮苷的含量。结果薄层色谱图斑点清晰，阴性对照无干扰；柚皮苷在0．05928～0．65208μg范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为99．26％，RSD为1．62％（n=9）。结论该方法专属性强，灵敏度高，重现性好，可用于健膝胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard study for Jianxi Capsules. Methods Radix Astragall, Rhizoma Drynariae, Herba Epimedii in Jianxi Capsules were identified in quality by TLC. The content of naringin was determined by HPLC. Results TLC spots developed were fairly clear, and the negative control showed no interference. The linear relation of naringin was good in the range of 0.059 28 - 0.652 08 μg, its average recovery was 99.26% and RSD was 1.62% （ n = 9 ）. Conclusion The method is characterized as strong in specialty, high in sensitivity and good in reproducibility and can be used for quality control of Jianxi Capsules. |
