Brm蛋白在胃癌组织的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨Brm蛋白表达与胃癌发生及其临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测69例胃癌和71例正常胃黏膜组织中Brm蛋白表达情况,比较两组之间Brm蛋白表达水平的差异,同时分析Brm蛋白表达水平与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。结果Brm蛋白在胃癌组织表达阳性率为65．3％,较正常组织表达阳性率（89．7％）明显降低（P〈0．05）;而且Brm蛋白表达水平变化与胃癌细胞分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移和临床分期等指标有关。结论Brm蛋白表达降低可能对胃癌发生发展起重要促进作用,同时Brm蛋白表达水平可以作为判断胃癌临床预后的重要指标。

Brm expression in gastric cancer and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the BRM expression in gastric carcinoma and the relationship between the happening of gastric cancer and clinicopathologic feature. Methods By using immunohistochemical method, check the BRM expression in 69 eases of gastric cancers and 71 eases of normal gastric tissue as controls. Moreover, the relationship between the levels of BRM expression and histologic and clinical features was also analysed in gastric cancer. Results The positive rate of Brm immunostaining in gastric cancers showed an obvious reduction as compared with that in the normal gastric tissues （P 〈 0.05）. Moreover, such a variation of Brm expression was related to the differentiation state, invasion degree, lymphonode metastasis and clinical stages of the gastric cancers. Conclusions The results indicate that Brm expression reduction may play an important role in the development of gastric carcinoma. Meanwhile, Brm may be used as a valid marker in determining the clinical prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
