多囊卵巢综合征患者C反应蛋白浓度与胰岛素抵抗的相关性

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度与胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法选取41例PCOS患者,其中正常体质量者20例,肥胖患者21例;另选取40例年龄以及体质量指数(BM I)相匹配的女性对照者,其中正常体质量者20例,单纯肥胖者20例。收集相关临床资料,并检测其血清CRP的浓度及空腹血糖、血清胰岛素、血脂、性激素水平等。结果PCOS患者血清CRP浓度、黄体生成素、睾酮、空腹胰岛素、稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均显著高于对照组。相关分析显示,血清CRP浓度与HOMA-IR、甘油三酯呈显著正相关,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈显著负相关。结论PCOS患者体内存在炎症反应;CRP水平可反映PCOS患者体内的胰岛素抵抗水平。

Relationship Between C-Reactive Protein Level and Insulin Resistance in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective To investigate the relationship between C-reactive protein(CRP) level and insulin resistance in women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods Forty-one patients with PCOS were enrolled in the study,20 with normal weight and 21 with obesity.Forty age and body mass index-matched controls were also included in the study,20 with normal weight and 20 with obesity.CRP level was detected in all the patients by immunoturbidimetric assay,and fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),lower density lipoprotein cholesterol and sex hormones were measured. Results Serum levels of CRP,luteinizint hormone,serum androgen,fasting insulin,homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance((HOMAIR)) were significantly higher in patients with PCOS than those in normal controls(P<0.01),CRP level was positively correlated with HOMA-IR,TG and BMI,while negatively correlated with HDL-C(P<0.05).(Conclusion)Inflammation reaction exists in patients with PCOS,and the level of CRP could reflect the degree of insulin resistance.
