蠲痛饮对子宫内膜异位症大鼠血管内皮生长因子的影响

摘    要:目的观察蠲痛饮对子宫内膜异位症(EMS)大鼠血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响,并探讨其治疗EMS的作用机理。方法采用自体子宫内膜移植法建立EMS大鼠模型,将60只大鼠随机分为蠲痛饮高、中、低剂量组及丹那唑组、模型组、空白组6组,药物组分别给予蠲痛饮高、中、低剂量(4.29、1.43、0.48g/100g)和丹那唑(2.15mg/100g)灌胃,模型组及空白组按照1mL/(100g·d)给予生理盐水灌胃,观察药物对EMS大鼠血清VEGF的影响。结果丹那唑组和不同剂量蠲痛饮对大鼠异位组织体积大小的影响,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。蠲痛饮高、中剂量降低EMS大鼠血清VEGF的水平,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论蠲痛饮可通过降低EMS大鼠血清VEGF水平,抑制异位组织的血管生成而抑制异位子宫内膜的发展,从而达到治疗EMS的目的。

Abstract:Objective To research the effect of the influence of Juantongyin (JTY) on VEGF of endometriotic rats. Methods To observe the effect of high-dose, middle-dose, low-dose JTY and danazol on serum VEGF of endometriotic rats through setting up endometriosis model with rat self-endometria transplantation. Sixty rats were divided into 6 groups randomly: JTY high-dose group (4.29 g/100 g), middle-dose group (1.43 g/100 g), low-dose group (0.48 g/100 g), and danazol group (2.15 rag/100 g), model group and control group i mL/100 (g · d) of saline]. Result There was a marked diversity among model group and other groups (P〈0.05] of the ectopic tissue volume. There was a marked diversity among high, middle-dose group and model group of serum VEGF levels of endometriotic rats. Conclusion JTY can inhibit the growth of endometrial transplants through reducing VEGF serum level of endometriotic rats.
