| 摘 要： | 目的探讨复方茶普生栓联合利多卡因应用于绝经取环术的临床效果。方法选择自愿行取环术的绝经期妇女1008例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组予复方萘普生栓与利多卡因联合应用，对照组单用复方萘普生栓。观察两组进行取环术时镇痛、宫颈软化扩张、取器效果和术中出血情况。结果观察组的镇痛效果、宫颈软化扩张、取器效果均明显优于对照组（P均〈0．01），术中出血量比对照组明显减少（P〈0．01）。结论复方萘普生栓联合利多卡应用于绝经取环术镇痛、宫颈软化扩张效果好，取器成功率高。该方法简便、有效、安全，受术者容易接受，尤其适宜基层计划生育技术服务站（所）推广应用。
