| 摘 要： | 目的研究胃癌组织中端粒酶的活性表达。方法采用端粒酶重复序列扩增法。结果胃癌组织中端粒酶活性表达阳性率达91%。正常胃黏膜组织中未检出端粒酶活性。两者有显著性差异（P〈0.001）。胃癌组织不同分化程度及淋巴结转移之间端粒酶活性阳性率未发现显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论端粒酶参与各型不同分化程度胃癌的发生,在胃癌组织中高度表达,而在正常组织中不表达,有助于提高早期胃癌的检出率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expressing of telomerase in gastric cancer and its clinical significance.Methods Repeated sequence amplification assay was used to detect telomerase activity.Results Telomerase activity was detected in 91% gastric cancer tissues while not detected in normal gastric mucosas.There was significant difference between them(P<0.001).No significantly different expression of telomerase in differentiation and lymph node metastasis between gastric cancer and normal mucosa was found.Conclusion T... |
