摘    要:目的探讨应用静脉留置针采血对监测骁悉血药浓度的影响。方法采用自身对照法 ,对 1 2例肾移植患者同时采用常规静脉穿刺采血和静脉留置针采血 ,于初次服用骁悉前采血和服用骁悉后 0 5、1、1 5、2、3、4、6、8、1 2h采血 ,监测骁悉血药浓度。结果两种采血方法测得的骁悉血药浓度差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论应用静脉留置针采血对骁悉血药浓度无明显影响 ,可以应用静脉留置针采血取代常规静脉穿刺采血监测骁悉血药浓度。

Abstract:objective To explorethe effect of blood sampling by vein indweuing needle on the blood RaoXi concentration during monitoring. Method By self controlled method, 12 cases patients with kidney transplantation were selected and conducted blood sampling by vein puncture method and by vein indweuing method. Blood samples were collected before taking RaoXi and 0.5, 1, 1.5,2,3,4, 5,6, 8, and 12 hours after taking RaoXi, and measured the blood RaoXi concentration. Result There is no significant difference in blood RaoXi concentration between the two blood sampling method ( P >0.05). Conclusion There is no effect on the blood RaoXi concentration through blood sampling by vein indweuing needle, it can be used for substituting blood sampling of routine vein puncture method for RaoXi concentration monitoring.
