蜂胶黄酮类提取物对去卵巢大鼠骨代谢的影响

摘    要:目的探讨蜂胶黄酮类提取物对去卵巢引起骨质疏松大鼠骨代谢的影响。方法将雌性SD大鼠21只随机分为3组,每组7只。对照组实施假手术,模型组和蜂胶组均切除双侧卵巢。对照组、模型组灌胃均给蒸馏水5ml·kg-1·d-1,蜂胶组灌胃给蜂胶提取物100mg·kg-1·d-1。10周后,称量体重、测定骨密度(BMD)、骨矿物含量(BMC)、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、尿钙及尿羟脯氨酸(HOP)含量。结果与对照组相比,模型组骨BMD和BMC下降(P<0.05),血清ALP增加(P<0.01),尿钙、尿HOP增加(P<0.05);与模型组比,蜂胶组BMD和BMC均显著升高(P<0.05),血清ALP、尿钙减少(P<0.05),尿HOP减少(P<0.01);蜂胶组与对照组相比,以上各项指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论蜂胶黄酮类提取物可增加骨密度,减少去卵巢大鼠骨钙丢失,预防骨质疏松。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of propolis flavonoid(PF)on bone metabolism in ovariectomized rats.Methods Twenty-one female rats were randomly divided into three groups,7 per group.Normal group underwent sham operation and fed the distilled water (5 ml·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)); Model group was ovariectomized and infused the distilled water (5 ml·kg~(-1)·d~(-1));The FP group were also ovariectomized and fed PF (100 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)).After 10 weeks,weight,bone mineral density(BMD)and bone mineral content (BMC ),serum ALP, urinary Calicium and urinary HOP were measured respectively.Results Compared with the normal group,the BMD(P<0.01),BMC(P<0.05)in model group decreased significantly.The BMD and BMC(P<0.05)increased highly in FP group than in the model group(P<0.05).In contrast to the normal group,the levels of Serum ALP(P<0.01),uriary Calcium (P<0.05),and uriary HOP in model group were higher.Above substances which are Serum ALP,uriary calcium(P<0.05),and uriary HOP(P<0.01) lessened obviously in FP group than those in model group.All indexes above mentioned were similar respectively between normal group and FP group.Conclusion The proposlis flavonoid may increase the density of bones,reduce the bone-calcium loss in ovariectomized rats and prevent from the osteoporosis.
