| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)在Ⅱ型糖尿病 (NIDDM)患者血清中的变化。方法 :采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定血清中SOD的水平。结果 :(1)NIDDM组血清总SOD(TSOD)与对照组比较含量无明显差别 (P >0 0 5 ) ,MnSOD及CuZnSOD与对照组比较分别高于和低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1)。 (2 )男女二组的性别比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :检测血清中SOD对预测NIDDM患者血管并发症的发生、发展有重要意义

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the change of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in patients with non insulin dependent diabetes millitus(NIDDM).Methods:SOD content in serum was determined with xanthine oxidase.Results:1.There was not significant difference in serum levels of total SOD(TSOD) between NIDDM group and control group(P>0 05).However,Mn SOD in NIDDM group were higher than that in control group,and CuZn SOD in NIDDM group were lower than that in control group,respectively(P<0 01).2.There was not significant difference between male and female.Conclusions:To determine the SOD content in serum of patients with NIDDM has great significance for predicting occurrence and development of complication as vascular disease. |
