| 摘 要： | 目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定五加生化胶囊中阿魏酸的含量。方法：色谱柱：Kromasil C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相：乙腈-0．1％磷酸水溶液（15：85）；流速：0．8ml·min^-1；检测波长：323nm；柱温：30℃。结果：阿魏酸在2．4—19．2μ·ml^-1农度范围与峰面积具有良好的线性关系（r=0．9999）；平均加样回收率为99．16％，RSD为0．98％（n=5）。结论：本方法简便、快速准确，可作为该制剂阿魏酸的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for determination the content of ferullic acid in Wujiashenghua capsule by HPLC. Method： Kromasil C js column （250mm × 4.6mm,5 μm） was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution（ 15：85 ）, the flow rate was 0.8 ml·min^-1, the detection wavelength was at 323 nm , and the chromatography was conducted at 30 ℃. Result： The calibration curve was in good linearity within the range of 2.4 - 19.2 μg·ml^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9 ）, the average recovery was 99.16% ,and RSD was 0.98% （n =5）. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used to determine the ferallic acid in this preparation. |
