氩激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床观察

目的观察氩激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法2003/2005年在我院行氩离子激光全视网膜光凝(PRP)治疗糖尿病视网膜病变患者130例(185眼),其中重度非增生期77眼,增生期108眼。术后随访1-1.5年,行视力、眼底、眼压、荧光素眼底血管造影检查,对新生血管未消退、荧光素渗漏以及仍存在无灌注区者,补充光凝。对氩激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效进行回顾性总结和分析。结果重度非增生期组有效率80.5%,视力提高和不变的比例达86%。增生期组有效率68.5%,视力提高和不变的比例达85%。结论氩离子激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变安全可靠,可以有效预防患者视力丧失。

Clinical observation of treating diabetic retinopathy with argon laser photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy

Objective To investigate the therapeutic outcome of argon laser photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy(DRP).Methods A total of 130 DR cases(185 eyes)were treated with argon laser photocoagulation in our hospital from 2003 to 2005,all patients were followed up from 1 to 1.5 years after treatment,visual acuity,IOP,funds and FFA were examined pre-operatively and post-operatively.The therapeutic outcome of argon laser photocoagulation were retrospective analyzed.Results vision improved or remained unchanged were respectively in 86% of severe NPDR patients and 85% of PDR patients;The follow-up of funds and FFA indicated that the effective rate were respectively 80.5% of severe NPDR patients and 68.5% of PDR patients.Conclusion Argon laser coagulation is an effective and safe method in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
