单硝酸异山梨酯治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的疗效观察

目的：观察单硝酸异山梨酯（ISMN）用于治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压（ISH）的疗效。方法：选取ISH患者62例，随机分为对照组32例和治疗组30例。对照组应用非洛地平2．5mg，每日晨服1次。治疗组于此基础上加用单硝酸异山梨酯20mg，每日2次。分析两组患者治疗前、后血压和脉压（PP）变化。结果：治疗4周后治疗组收缩压（SBP）及脉压（PP）与治疗前比较有显著差异（P〈0．01）；舒张压（DBP）下降不显著（P〉0．05）；对照组治疗4周后SBP、DBP与治疗前比较下降显著（P〈0．01），PP减少不显著（P〉0．05）。治疗后两组间SBP、DBP及PP比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。

Clinical observation of senile patients with systolic hypertension treated by isosorbide mononitrate

Objective：To study the efficacy of isosorbide mononitrate on senile patients with systolic hypertension. Methods：Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into control group （n=32）and treatment group （n=30）.The control group was treated with felodipine 2.5 mg,once per day in the morning; based on the same treatment as the control group, the treatment group was added isosorbide mononitrate 20 mg, twice per day; the change for blood pressure and pulse pressure of the two groups before and after the treatment were analyzed. Results：After four-week-treatment the systolic pressure and pulse pressure had significant difference before and after the treatment （P〈0.01）.There was no significant difference for the diastolic pressure after treatment（P〉0.05）;after four-week-treatment, the control group had significant difference in terms of SBP and DBP（P〈0.01）; there was no significant difference in PP （P〉0.05）. There was significant difference between the two groups in terms of SBP, DBP and PP （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Isosorbide mononitrate is effective in reducing SBP and PP for isolated-systolic- hypertension patients; it has little influence on DBP. Isosorbide mononitrate is suitable for the treatment of isolated-systolic-hypertension patients.
