| 摘 要： | 在临床工作中我们发现,肌腱断裂修复后由于伤口反应、害怕疼痛、担心肌腱再次断裂等原因很难按照康复要求去做恢复训练。因此肌腱术后粘连的发生就不可避免。我院自2000-2006年,对56例80条手部肌腱断裂的患者采取在医生指导帮助下,肌腱吻合术后患指即刻进行被动屈伸锻炼,取得了满意疗效,现报告如下。1临床资料本组56例,男40例,女16例;年龄15~62岁,平均29·8岁。左手18例,右手38例。肌腱损伤部位在第Ⅱ区36条,第Ⅲ区12条,第Ⅳ区14条,第Ⅴ区18条。其中拇指6条,食指28条,中指26条,环指16条,小指4条。致伤原因:切割伤40例,挤压伤10例,碾轧伤6例…
