水蛭肽注射液抗大鼠脑缺血作用及对犬脑血流量的影响

摘    要:目的 :观察水蛭肽注射液对大鼠脑缺血、血液流变学及家犬脑血流量的影响。方法 :按 4、2和 1 mg· kg-1 的剂量给予大鼠腹腔注射及犬静脉注射 ,大鼠各给药组与盐水组对照 ,家犬用药前后对照。采用脑含水量测定、病理观察等方法。结果 :用药组大鼠脑含水量明显降低 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,镜下脑组织缺血明显减轻 ;全血粘度下降 ( P<0 .0 5 )。家犬用药后血流量明显增加 ( P<0 .0 1 )、外周阻力下降 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :水蛭肽注射液具有明显的改善脑缺血的作用

Abstract:Objective: To examine the effect of hirudin injection on cerebral ischemia and hemorheology of rat and the influence of brain blood flow in dog. Methods: Administrating hirudin to rat i.p and dog i.v by the different dosages 4,2, 1 mg·kg -1 and determinating the percent of water containing in brain and observing brain biopsy to compare hirudin group with N.S group. Results: Comparing with N.S group of rat, the percent of water containing in brain of hirudin group reduced obviously and cerebral ischemia was alleviated distinctly under microscope; viscosity in whole blood decreased; dog brain blood flow was increased and peripheral resistance was reduced after injecting hirudin. Conclusion: The hirudin injection can treat cerebral ischemia and increace brain blood flow.
