磁共振成像对多发性硬化的诊断价值(附10例临床报告)

目的：了解核磁共振成像（MRI）在诊断多发性硬化中的作用。方法：收集10例多发性硬化患者的MRI和临床资料进行分析。结果：10例中临床诊断多发性硬化4例，其余误诊为其他疾病而均经MRI确诊。结论：MRI显示多发性硬化优于CT。且脱髓鞘斑块在MRI的检出率随着病程的延长和复发次数增多而增多，病程长短与MRI所示脱髓鞘斑块的大小及数量非成正比。同时还提出了多发性硬化症与多发性脑梗死，脑转移瘤，髓内肿瘤相鉴别以及他们在MRI中的区别。

The value of MRI in diagnosing multiple derosis

Objective To comprehend the vole of MRI in diagnosing multiple clerosis.Methods To collect the MRI and clinical data of 10 cases and to analyse them.Results There were four cases diagnosed by clinical data,but the others were error diagnosed and they finally were truely diagnosed by MRI.Conclusion MRI is superior to CT in diagnosing multiple clerosis.The rate of demyelinization being checked out manifolds along with the prolong of disease course and the recuring times.Multiple clerosis should be distinguished with multiple cerebral embolism,cerebral tromsfusion tumour,intramedullary tramour and the differences in MRI should be paid attention to.
