西酞普兰治疗以头痛为主诉的抑郁性情感障碍

目的:观察西酞普兰治疗以头痛为主诉的抑郁性情感障碍病人的疗效和安全性。方法:用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对病程超过3 mo的头痛病人进行常规筛查和复查,对符合入选标准的36例病人,给予西酞普兰治疗6 wk;分别于治疗前和治疗后2,4,6 wk末各采用HAMD,SDS量表评定疗效。结果:治疗2 wk后,病人SDS和HAMD评分已明显减低(P<0．05和P<0．01),治疗6 wk后,病人 SDS和HAMD评分进一步减低(P<0．01);大部分病人头痛缓解,睡眠改善,生活和工作能力恢复;无严重不良反应。结论:西酞普兰对以头痛为主诉的抑郁性情感障碍治疗初显疗效,且不良反应较小,耐受较好。

Citalopram in treating depression emotion obstacle patients with chief complaint of headache

AIM: To observe the effect and safety of citalopram in treating depression emotion obstacle patients with chief complaint of headache. METHODS: Headache patients with disease course exceeding 3 mo were consulted and reexamined on routine with HAMD and SDS. The selected 36 standard patients were treated for 6 wk with citalopram. The efficacies were evaluated through blood routin, liver function, electrocardiogram (ECG) ,electrocephalogram(EEG) with HAMD and SDS methods at the ends of 2,4,6 wk before and after treatment respectively. RESULTS: After 2 wk treatment, SDS and HAMD grads of patients were obviously lowered (P < 0.05 and P < 0.01) respectively, after 6 wk,the SDS and HAMD grads lowered further down (P < 0.01); with alleviation of improvement of sleep, resuming of life and work ability. There was no serious adverse reactions. CONCLUSION: Application of citalopram for emotion depression patients with chief complaint of headache shows quick response, less adverse reactions and good tolerance.
