| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨丘脑出血的临床特点及与预后的关系。方法对42例丘脑出血患者的临床资料及头颅CT检查结果进行分析。结果高龄、高血压是丘脑出血的主要病因：少量而局限的丘脑出血预后好，量大且破入脑室的预后差。结论丘脑出血的预后与高龄、血压、出血量的多少及是否破入脑室有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics of thalamic hemorrhage and its relation with the prognosis. Methods The clinical data of 42 cases of thalamic hemorrhage and CT examination results were analyzed to found out the relation between the clinical characteristics and the prognosis. Results The old age and hypertension are the main causes of thalamic hemorr hage. A little quantity and local hemorrhage indicates a good prognosis, while a great quantity and rupture into ventricle predict a poor prognosis. Conclus ion The prognosis is related closely with the age, the hypertension, the hema toma volume and the present of rupture into ventricle. |
