| 摘 要： | 摘要:目的:探讨应用神经导航和腹腔镜技术减少侧脑室-腹腔分流术术后并发症的可行性和优势.方法:应用神经导航及腹腔镜技术辅助下行17例侧脑室-腹腔分流术,观察疗效并记录术后并发症.结果:17例患者术后临床症状均获得明显改善,无手术并发症发生.结论:神经导航及腹腔镜技术在侧脑室-腹腔分流术中发挥了巨大作用,有效降低了术后并...

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the feasibility and advantages of decreasing postoperative complications for lateralventricle-peritoneal shunt with the use of neuronavigation and laparoscope.Methods:17 patients with hydrocephalus were treated with lateralventricle-peritoneal shunt by using the neuronavigation and laparoscope.Results:The symptoms of 17 patients were alleviated.No postoperative complications occured.Conclusion:Neuronavigation and laparoscope are good instruments for lateralventricle-peritoneal shunt... |
