ALA-PDT三阶段根除治疗方案治疗男性尿道口尖锐湿疣的临床疗效

目的: 采用5-氨基酮戊酸(5-aminolevulinic acid,ALA)-光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)三阶段根除治疗方案治疗男性尿道口尖锐湿疣,观察其临床疗效。方法: 随机选择2009年1月至9月在中南大学湘雅医院皮肤科就诊的56例男性尿道口尖锐湿疣患者,采用ALA-PDT三阶段根除治疗方案每周治疗1次,连续3次。观察痊愈率、无效率、不良反应及并发症发生率,随访6个月观察复发率。结果: 经ALA-PDT三阶段根除治疗方案治疗后,48例患者痊愈,痊愈率为85.7%;8例复发,复发率为14.3%;2例无效,无效率为3.6%。仅1例患者在治疗过程中出现明显疼痛,不良反应发生率为1.8%;无1例出现并发症。结论: 采用ALA-PDT三阶段根除治疗方案治疗男性尿道口尖锐湿疣安全、高效,耐受性好,复发率低。

Three stages of 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy for condyloma acuminatum of external urethral meatus
