| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨同期经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切联合气压弹道碎石术治疗良性前列腺增生(be-nign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)并输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年1月～2010年6月接受同期经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切联合气压弹道碎石术的良性前列腺增生并输尿管结石患者临床资料。结果:28例患者手术顺利并随访6～59个月,平均13.2个月;国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)由(23.6±5.4)分下降至(10.1±3.1)分(t=29.316,P=0.000);生活质量评分(QOL)由(4.2±1.0)分下降至(2.5±0.6)分(t=19.442,P=0.000);最大尿流量(Qmax)由(7.9±3.3)mL/s上升至(18.9±6.4)mL/s(t=-18.246,P=0.000);剩余尿量(RU)由(65.1±24.0)mL减少至(22.8±9.0)mL(t=14.884,P=0.000)。结论:同期经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切联合气压弹道碎石术治疗良性前列腺增生并输尿管结石,具有安全、并发症少、疗效确切等优点。
