| Abstract: | Objective： To explore factors affecting the prognosis of endometrial cancer in postm- enopausal women. Methods. Retrospective analysis of clinical and pathological data of 38 postmenopausal patients with endometrial cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2002～January 2008 were conducted. Results： Average survival time for these patients was 57.7 ± 10.8 months, 3-year survival rate was 84.20%. Prognosis analysis showed that FIGO tumor stage （RR=5.409, 95% CI 1. 884～15. 529, P=0, 000）, pathological grading （RR=1.725, 95% CI 1. 332～3. 487, P=0.005） and treatment （RR 5. 891, 95% CI 2. 311415. 015, P=0. 000） were independent risk factors affecting prognosis of endomelrial cancer. Oonclusions= Accurate pathological grading and standardized treatment were important factors affecting patients＇ prognosis. |
