| 摘 要： | 目的:建立四季感冒胶囊质量控制方法.方法:采用化学反应和薄层色谱法(TLC)鉴别方中连翘、荆芥、陈皮,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定陈皮的含量.结果:鉴别效果满意；陈皮中橙皮苷在0.0539～0.4851μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系.结论:本方法简便、快速准确,可作为该制剂质量控制方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard of Sijiganmao Capsule and to control its quality.Methods Lianqiao,Jingjie,Chengpi was identified by TLC,and the content of Hesperidin was determind by HPLC.Results Lianqiao,Jingjie,Chengpi could be identified by TLC.The determination of Hesperidin was showed a good liner relation ship at a rage of 0.0539～0.4851 μg.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for quality control of Sijiganmao ablets. |
