| Abstract: | Aim: To study the influence of angiopoietin-like protein 3 (ANGPTL3)antisense oligodeoxynucleotide(ASODN) on the ability of invasion and adhesion of EC9706 cells.Methods:The ANGPTL3 ASODN was synthesized based on its gene sequence recorded in the GenBank.EC9706 cells were transfected with mixture liquid of liposome and ASODN,and then to look into the influence of ANGPTL3 ASODN on the adhesion rate,the number of the cells penetrated through the membrane,and their invasion inhibiting rate to the EC9706 cells.... |
