| 摘 要： | 摘要:目的:探讨妈富隆与炔诺酮在围绝经期无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血中的治疗作用.方法:对已确诊为围绝经期无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血的患者80例,随机分为两组:A组给予妈富隆,B组给予炔诺酮治疗,连续治疗6个月,观察两组的治疗效果及不良反应有无差异.结果:两组患者用药后,子宫内膜厚度、控制出血时间、完全止血时间、月经情况...
