| 摘 要： | 目的:观察乳化依托咪酯与伍用咪达唑仑、芬太尼联合使用对无痛人流手术的麻醉效果.方法:研究分为三组,咪达唑仑+芬太尼+乳化依托咪酯组(Ⅰ组),芬太尼+乳化依托咪酯组(Ⅱ组),单纯乳化依托咪酯组(Ⅲ组),分别观察患者SBP、DBP、HR及SpO2的变化、肌阵挛和恶心呕吐发生情况.结果:肌阵挛发生率分别为4％(Ⅰ组)、12％...

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of combined application of Etomidate,Midazolam Ng and Fentanyl on painless induced abortion.Methods The patients were divided into three groups,midazolam + fentanyl + emulsion etomidate group(Ⅰ group),fentanyl + emulsion etomidate group(Ⅱ group),emulsified etomidate group(Ⅲ group).Results Myoclonus rates were 4%(Ⅰ group),12%(Ⅱ group),22%(Ⅲ group);in the incidence of severe myoclonic group Ⅲ> Ⅱ group> Ⅰ group(P <0.01);nausea The incidence of vomiting in group Ⅲ> Ⅱ group> Ⅰ group(P <0.01).Conclusion Etomidate emulsion compatibility of midazolam and fentanyl can significantly reduce the Etomidate myoclonus and the incidence of nausea and vomiting,can be safely used in short outpatient surgical anesthesia. |
