| 摘 要： | 目的:研究鼻内镜下选择性眼眶减压术治疗甲状腺相关性眼病的临床疗效.方法:将10例20眼的甲状腺相关性眼病接受鼻内镜下选择性眼眶减压术,对比研究术前术后的临床表现及疗效.结果:选择性眼眶减压术使16/20眼(80％)角膜损害减少至2/20眼(10％),眼球突出度平均减少11.08±2.28 mm,睑裂宽度平均减少2.58...

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the therapeutic effects and complication of orbital decompression surgery in the patients with Thyroid Associated Ophthalmopathy(TAO).Methods 20 eyes of 10 patients with TAO,who under went orbital decompression,were investigated inpre and postoperative clinical manifestation and therapeutic effects.Results The orbital decompression shown excellent effects on all the cases.The damage of cornea reduce to 2 of 20 eyes(10%).The average decrease of exophthalmos was 11.08±2.28 mm.The width of eyelid lessen by a mean of 2.58±1.44mm.Conclusion The orbital decompression seems an effective and safe surgery for the treatment of patients with TAO. |
