| 摘 要： | 摘要:目的:研究常规治疗基础加用常立宁(酪酸梭菌活菌片)对婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效.方法:将306例秋季腹泻婴幼儿随机分为治疗组156例和对照组150例.两组患儿在年龄、性别、腹泻、发热、呕吐等方面均衡可比(P＞0.05).常规治疗包括抗病毒、补液、纠正酸碱失衡、纠正电解质紊乱及对症支持治疗.治疗组加用常立宁口服,剂量每次...
