| 摘 要： | 摘要:目的:观察胸膜腔灌注顺铂联合白介素-2治疗肺癌患者恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效和毒副反应.方法:将76例肺癌并恶性胸腔积液患者随机分成治疗组和对照组.治疗组41例,联合应用顺铂及白介素-2进行胸膜腔灌注治疗；对照组35例,单用顺铂进行胸膜腔灌注治疗.两组每周用药1次,连用3周后判断临床治疗效果.结果:治疗组完全缓解12...
