| 摘 要： | 目的 分析分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)术后影响131I治疗疗效的因素。方法 对54例确诊为DTC的患者行外科手术及清甲治疗后给予相应剂量的131I治疗,随访6个月,对年龄、性别、病理分型、转移情况、治疗前Tg和TSH水平6个因素进行回归分析,评价疗效及影响因素。结果 年龄、病理分型、转移情况、治疗前Tg水平与疗效有相关关系;剔除年龄和病理分型因素后,转移情况、治疗前Tg水平是影响疗效的确切因素。结论 131I治疗术后DTC疗效较好。转移情况、治疗前Tg水平是影响疗效的确切因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the affective factors of therapeutic effect of 131I scintigraphy treatment for differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) after operation. Methods Fifty-four DTC patients confirmed by surgery and radioiodine were treated with 131I and followed up for 6 months. The regression analyses of 6 factors including age, sex, pathologic type, metastasis, Tg level and TSH level before treatment were carried out to evaluate their effect on 131I treatment. Results Age, pathology, metastasis, Tg level before treatment with regard to the influencing effect possessed statistical significance. Metastasis and Tg level before treatment with regard to the age and pathology therapeutic effect had statistical significance. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of 131I applied in patients with DTC expresses better. Metastasis and Tg level before treatment may be regarded as exact and important factors. |
