| 摘 要： | 目的 :比较万拉法新和帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效和副作用。方法 :将符合CCMD 2 R抑郁症诊断标准的患者随机分成两组 ,分别予万拉法新和帕罗西汀治疗 ,观察时间为四周。用汉密尔顿(HAMD)抑郁量表减分率评定疗效。不良反应症状量表 (TESS)评定副作用。结果 :两组显效率分别为80 9%和 79 4 % ,疗效及副反应无显著差异。结论 :万拉法新与帕罗西汀疗效较好 ,较安全的抗抑郁药物。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare clinical efficacy and side-effects between venlafaxine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression. Method: The patients who met CCME-2-R for depression were randomly assigned to 2 group was treated with venlafaxine and the other with paroxetine for four weeks. Hamiltion rating scale, treatment emergent symptom scale were used to assess. Results: Total clinical effective rate was 80.9% for venlafaxine group and 79.4% for paroxetime group. There were no differences in clinical efficacy and side-effects between the two groups. Conclusion: The results indicate that venlafaxine and paroxetine are safe effective drug for the treatment of depression. |
