ECLIA与RIA测定血清C肽结果差异分析

目的:探讨ECLIA与RIA测定血清C肽结果出现差异的原因。方法:采用ECLIA和RIA测定40例健康体检者及8例门诊病人空腹及餐后2小时血清C肽的含量;统一C肽标准品后,用这两种方法测定上述96份血清C肽。结果:当标准品不同时,两法测定结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但相关性良好;当统一标准品后,两法测定结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),并具有良好的相关性。结论:对于血清C肽的测定,ECLIA与RIA方法学没有差异,只要标准品统一,两法结果可比,且具有高度相关性。

Analisys for Different Results of Serum C- peptide Measured by ECLIA and RIA

Objective:To investigate the difference of serum C-peptide measurement by ECLIA and RIA.Methods:Sera C-peptide of fasting and two hours after a meal of forty healthy persons and eight out-patients are measured by ECLIA and RIA before and after C-peptide standard is uniform.Results:The serum C-peptide level of both fasting and two hours after a meal measured by ECLIA is much higher than that measured by RIA(P<0.05),when the C-peptide standard for the two methods:isn't uniform,but nicer linearity.However,when the C-peptide standard is uniform,there is no significant difference between the results measured by the two methods(P>0.05),besides nicer linearity.Conclusion:For measuring the serum C-peptide,there is no difference between ECLIA and RIA in terms of methodology;once the standards are unified,the results for the two methods would be comparative and would have nearer linearity.
