| 摘 要： | 本文总结156例隐睾行阴囊肉膜囊法加牵引线外固定或精索内固定术。牵引线外固定98例,精索内固定58例。随访139例,随访时间7月至3年零2个月,牵引线外固定组术中外观睾丸形态正常30例中术后发现睾丸萎缩7例(23.3％)。我们认为,低位隐睾以采用肉膜囊加精索内固定法较好。

| Abstract: | A total of 156 cases was seen in consultation for cryptorchidism using dartos pouch technique with traction suture and spermatic cord fixation. Of the 156 cases,98 were performed using traction suture,58 were performed spermatic cord fixation. Of the patients 139 have been followed up 7 months to 3 years 2 months. Testicular atrophy was found in 7 cases (23. 3%) after the suture fixation of the testas. Our conclusion support that dartes pouch and spermatic cord fixation is better than traction suture in the low oryptorchidism. |
