| 摘 要： | 应用ＳＳＳＩ对８８例慢性精神分裂症住院患者社会功能缺陷评定结果为，极重度３１例，重度６例，中度１３例，轻度３６例，无２例，残疾率９７％，并对精神残疾等级与有关因素的关系进行了分析，提示了ＳＳＳＩ设计内容合理，具有较好的实用性和可操作性，适于临床康复的评定。

| Abstract: | bjective:To evaluate the social dysfunction of chronic schizophrenic patients with the Scale of Social Skill of Chronic Schizophrenic Inpatients (SSSI).Method:88 chronic schizophrenic inpatients were investigated with the SSSI.The results were compared to those obtained by clinical observation. Results:86 subjects revealed various degrees of social dysfunction according to the SSSI.31 patients had profound,6 had severe,13 had moderate,36 had mild,and 2 had no social dysfunction.The kappa coefficients of the 4 different degrees of SSSI were 0 50,0 17,0 25 and 0 79 respectively.Discussion:The SSSI is a convenient and reliable instrument for evaluating the social dysfunction of chronic schizophrenic patients. |
