益肾降压颗粒对老年高血压病自由基代谢影响的临床研究

摘    要:目的观察益肾降压颗粒对老年高血压病自由基代谢的调节作用,探讨益肾降压颗粒发挥血压调节作用的机制与靶点。方法 60例患者采取单盲试验法随机分为试验组与对照组,各30例,对照组给予ACEI类联合钙离子拮抗剂常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联用益肾降压颗粒。结果益肾降压颗粒能明显改善自由基代谢,保护血管内皮。结论益肾降压颗粒是治疗老年高血压的有效药物,其发挥血压调节作用可能与改善自由基代谢、保护血管内皮功能有关。

Abstract:Objective To observe the regulation function of Yishen Jiangya Granules on free radical metabolism in elderly hypertension, and to investigate its mechanism and targets in pressure regulation. Methods 60 cases of hypertensive patients were randomly divided into 2 groups by a single - blind method. The patients in control group were treated with ACEI combined with calcium ion antagonist, and patients in test group were treated with Yishen Jiangya Granules on the basis of general treat- ment. Results Yishen Jiangya Granules can obviously improve the free radical metabolism and protect the vascular endothelium. Conclusion Yishen Jiangya Granules was an effective drug for elderly hypertensive treatment, and its mechanism in pressure regulation may be relevant with improvement of free radical metabolism and protection for vascular endothelium.
