亚低温治疗仪在危重症高热患儿中的应用及护理

目的:探讨亚低温治疗仪对危重症高热患儿的降温效果与护理技巧。方法:采取阶段性回顾法,分别将2008年6~9月住院的高热患儿15例作为对照组,2009年6~9月住院的高热患儿15例作为观察组,对照组采用传统的降温方法进行降温,观察组用复方氯丙嗪和亚低温治疗仪联合降温,并在降温过程中加强护理与观察。结果:观察组的降温效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:亚低温治疗仪对危重症高热患儿降温效果明显,作用持久而恒定,有利于对患儿大脑的保护,减少脑耗氧,减轻脑功能损害,保护脑细胞,减轻护理工作量,提高护理质量。
