前列腺炎患者前列腺液免疫球蛋白G、A和M测定

本文采用SRID对83例前列腺炎及27例正常对照组EPS中IgG、A、M含量进行了测定。结果表明前列腺炎患者EPS中IgG、IgA和IgM均明显高于对照组（P＜0.005），IgG/IgA显著低于对照组（P＜0.005）。并对25例前列腺炎患者治疗前、后进行了观察，治疗前EPS中三种Ig高于对照组（P＜0.01）和治疗后（P＜0.01），治疗后的三种Ig仍高于对照组（P＜O.01）。治疗前、后的IgG/IgA明显低于对照组（P＜0.01），而治疗前、后无显著区别（P＞0.05）。因此，应将EPS中三种Ig增高及IgG/IgA降低作为前列腺炎的诊断标准，并将EPS中三种Ig及IgG/IgA达到正常水平视为治愈的标准。

DETERMIN ATION OF THE IMMUNOGLOBULINS G, AAND M IN THE EXPRESSED PROST ATIC SEC RETION OFPATIENTS WITH PROST ATITIS

The immunolobulins (Ig) G,A and M were determined in expressed prostatic secretion (EPS) obtained from 83 patients with prostatitis and from 27 healthy normal men by single radial immunodiffusion (SRID) .All three Igs in patients with prostatitis were marked higher than that in healthy normal men (P<0.005) , and IgG/IgA were significantly reduced in patients with prostatitis in comparison with healthy normal men (P<0.005) .An observation of 25 patients with prostatitis was made before and after treatment.Before treatment three Ig levels in the group were higher than that in control group (P<0.01) . And after treatment the three Ig levels were still higher than that in controlg group. Before and after treatment IgG/IgA in the group were marked lower than that that in control group (P<0.01) . Before and after treatment IgG/lgA in these 2 groups were no differences between

0.05) .Therefore, the elevation in all three Igs and reduction in IgG/IgA should be recognized as the diagnosis standard of prostatitis.Simultaneously, normal evels in all three Igs and IgG/IgA should be recongized as the criterion of recovery.
