急诊期行高压氧治疗对脑梗死患者的临床疗效观察

目的:观察急诊期行高压氧治疗对脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法:将82例脑梗死患者随机分为高压氧组和对照组各41例,2组均给予神经内科常规药物治疗,高压氧组还采用高压氧疗法。2个疗程后进行疗效评定,1、2个疗程后分别进行日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分。结果:2个疗程后,高压氧组总有效率为92.68%,明显高于对照组(82.92%)(P<0.05)。1个疗程后2组患者ADL评分差异无统计学意义;2个疗程后2组ADL评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),高压氧组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规药物治疗的基础上,急诊期行高压氧治疗对脑梗死患者能提高临床疗效及日常生活活动能力。

Clinical Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To observe clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on acute cerebral infarction.Methods: Eighty-two patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into hyperbaric group and control group with 41 cases in each.Both patients in two groups were given conventional drugs,whereas the cases in the hyperbaric group were given additional hyperbaric oxygen treatment.After 2 courses of therapy,the curative effects of 2 groups were evaluated.And the activities of daily living(ADL) scores of 2 groups were assessed at the first and second course.Results: After 2 courses' treatment,the total effective rate of hyperbaric group was 92.68%,significantly higher than that in the control group(82.92%,P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the ADL scores between the hyperbaric group and control group after 1 course treatment.Compare with ADL scores at admission,the ADL scores were significantly increased in both the groups after 2 courses(P<0.05).furthermore,ADL scores in the hyperbaric group were significantly higher than those in the control group after 2 courses treatments(P<0.05).Conclusion: Hyperbaric treatment combined with conventinoal treatment can improve the effect and daily life activities of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
