胃病269例纤维电子胃镜活检病理分析

目的:探讨纤维电子胃镜在胃病中的检测价值。方法:将269例进行纤维电镜活检的标本,做成石蜡切片,HE染色,电镜下观察。结果:269例活检标本中,191例为慢性萎缩性胃炎,33例为慢性浅表性胃炎,9例为胃溃疡,4例为吻合口慢性炎症,4例为胃息肉,28例为恶性肿瘤(23例腺癌、5例重度不典型增生合并癌变)。结论:胃镜活检最常见的病理类型为慢性萎缩性胃炎,恶性肿瘤常集中在胃窦幽门处,需引起临床注意。

Pathological Analysis of 269 Cases of Stomach Diseases By Fiber Electronic Gastroscope Biopsy

Objective：To investigate the detection value of the fiber gastroscope in the stomach diseases. Methods：269 cases of fi-ber electron microscopy biopsy specimens were made into paraffin sections, HE staining, electron microscope. Results： 269 cases of biopsy specimens, including 191 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis, 33 cases of chronic superficial gastritis, 9 cases of gastric ulcer, 4 cases of anastomotic chronic inflammation, 4 cases of gastric polyps, 28 cases of malignant tumors （23 cases of adenocarcinoma, 5 cases of severe atypical hyperplasia and carcinomatous）. ConclusioN. Chronic atrophic gastritis is the most common histologic type of the gastroscope biopsy, cancer is often concentrated in the pyloric antrum, need to cause clinical attention.
