西双版纳州实施全球基金疟疾项目效果评价

目的分析西双版纳州2003-2011年实施全球基金疟疾项目期间疟疾疫情,评价防治效果。方法收集西双版纳州2003-2011年疟疾防治和媒介监测资料,分析防治措施及效果。结果 2003-2011年西双版纳州共报告疟疾病例4 881例,年均发病率为58.81/10万。疟疾发病率由2003年的215.83/10万,下降至2011年的1.41/10万,疟疾发病率下降明显,疟疾发病区域逐步缩小。结论在全球基金疟疾项目的支持下,西双版纳州疟疾防治效果显著,疟疾发病得到有效控制。

Effect evaluation of implementation of Global Fund Malaria Project in Xishuangbanna

Objective To analyze the epidemics of malaria in Xishuangbanna during the implementation of Global Fund Malaria Project from 2003 to 2011,and evaluate the control effect.Method Collect the data of malaria control and medium monitoring in Xishuangbanna from 2003 to 2011,and analyze the control measures and effects.Results 4 881 cases of malaria were reported in Xishuangbanna from 2003 to 2011,with the annual incidence of 58.81/100 000.The incidence rate declined obviously from 215.83/100 000 in 2003 to 1.41/100 000 in 2011.The regions with malaria also reduced gradually.Conclusions The control effect of malaria was remarkable,and the disease had been controlled effectively in XiShuangbanna under the support of Global Fund Malaria Project.
