石家庄地区食品铝污染调查分析

摘    要:目的了解石家庄地区食物中铝的含量状况。方法样品均为石家庄地区县(市)所售常见食品,样品处理及测试采用国家标准方法 .结果油炸食品中铝含量的超标率为55%;挂面中铝含量的超标率为36.7%;其他膨化类食品、水产品、猪肉等暂无国家限量标准。结论石家庄地区的油炸食品和挂面铝含量超标严重,膨化食品、海蜇等亟待制定相关铝限量标准。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the aluminum content in food within Shijiazhuang region.Method All the samples were common foodstuffs from the urban market.They were handled and tested by the national standard methods.Results The exceeding standard rates of aluminum content in fried food and fine dried noodles were respectively 55% and 36.7%.Other food,like puffed food,aquatic product,pork and so on had no national limitation standard of aluminum.Conclusions The aluminum content in fried food and fine dried noodles within Shijiazhuang region exceed the standard seriously.It is urgent to set the related limitation standard of aluminum in puffed food and jellyfish.
