不同尿酸水平人群各种代谢综合征指标分析

目的研究不同尿酸水平人群代谢综合症的关系。方法共2 566人,其中男1 229例,女1 337例,年龄30～60岁之间。按血尿酸浓度的四分位数和性别分别分为4组。测量的指标主要包括总胆固醇、尿酸、血糖等。结果男性四组间体质指数(body mass index,BMI)、收缩压(systolic blood pressure,SBP)、舒张压(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)、血清总胆固醇(serum total cholesterol,TC)和甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。女性四组BMI、SBP、DBP、TC、TG和血糖均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同组的血尿酸水平的代谢综合症患病率不同,尿酸水平越高,代谢综合症的患病率越高(P<0.01)。结论血尿酸与体质指数、脂代谢紊乱、血压有相关性,降低尿酸对防治代谢综合症有积极意义。

Analysis on various metabolic syndrome indicators of people with different levels of uric acid

Objective To study the relationship among metabolic syndrome indicators of people with different levels of uric acid.Method A total of 2 566 cases,including 1 229 cases of male and 1 377 cases of female from 30 years old to 60.They were divided into 4 groups according to quartiles of serum uric acid concentration and gender.Measurement indicators consisted of total cholesterol,uric acid,glucose,etc.Results Four groups of male body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),serum total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) were all statistically significant(P<0.01).Four groups of female BMI,SBP,DBP,TC,TG,and blood glucose were also statistically significant(P<0.01).Prevalence of metabolic syndrome of differtent groups of bolld uric acid level were different,the higher the levels of uric acid,the higher the prevalence of metabolic syndrome(P<0.01).Conclusions Serum uric acid were related with the body mass index,lipid metabolism and blood pressure.Reducing uric acid were positive significant to promote prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome.
