西宁市MSM人群艾滋病相关知识及高风险性行为方式认知情况调查

目的了解西宁市男男同性性行为人群(men who have sex with men,MSM)艾滋病知识知晓率、获得知识途径及希望获得艾滋病知识的途径,为对西宁市MSM人群开展艾滋病知识宣教和高危行为干预工作提供依据。方法采取滚雪球、关键人物介绍的方法到MSM人群活动的场所对调查对象现场单独答卷,核查无误后当场收回问卷。结果西宁市403例MSM人群艾滋病知识知晓率为74.19%。认为男男性行为中风险最大的性行为方式是不用安全套的肛交,占91.1%,大部分人希望获得艾滋病知识的途径为免费宣传材料、网络、电视和专家讲座。结论西宁市MSM人群艾滋病知识知晓率较低,应采用多途径宣传方式开展健康教育。

Survey on awareness condition of AIDS related knowledge and high-risk behaviors among MSM in Xining

Objective To investigate awareness rate of AIDS,the way of acquiring knowledge and the most promising way to acquire knowledge among MSM in Xining,so as to provide scientific basis for education on AIDS prevention knowledge and behavioral intervention of AIDS.Method The face-to-face anonymous questionnaire was made in MSM by using the snowball and key insiders methods.The questionnaires were retrieved after checking.Results The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was 74.19% among 434 MSM.91.1% of volunteers considered the greatest risk sexual behavior was anal intercourse without a condom.Most people hoped to gain AIDS related knowledge through free materials,internet,TV programs and expert lectures.Conclusions The AIDS related knowledge rate among MSM population was low in Xining,multi-channel publicity should be taken on health education.
