德宏州2011年艾滋病流行态势及控制效果分析

目的分析德宏州艾滋病流行态势,为控制艾滋病提供科学依据。方法采用酶标法和蛋白印迹法监测HIV感染者/AIDS病人,并实施艾滋病综合干预措施。结果检测艾滋病高危人群血清110 415份,阳性1 065份,阳性率0.96%,不同地区、不同人群的感染率比较有显著性差异;报告艾滋病321例,死亡205人,发病率26.50/10万,死亡率16.92/10万;发放宣传资料101 619份,推广避孕套876 044只,为吸毒者交换针具582 673具,并对HIV阳性和吸毒者加强了管理。结论德宏州艾滋病流行态势稳中有降,但流行态势仍然严峻,需继续加强监测及干预措施。

Analysis on AIDS epidemic posture and control effect in Dehong in 2011

Objective To analyze the AIDS epidemic posture in Dehong,so as to provide scientific basis for controlling HIV.Method Using APAAP and Western blot method to monitor HIV infection / AIDS patients,and implement comprehensive intervention measures.Results A total of 110 415 serum of AIDS high-risk people were tested,including 1 065 cases with the positive rate 0.96%,and there was significant difference of infection rate among different regions and groups of people.321 HIV/AIDS cases were reported and among which 205 people died.The incidence of a disease was 26.50/100 000 and the death rate was 16.92/100 000;101 619 copies of publicity materials were issued and 876 044 pieces of condoms were promoted.582 673 needles were exchanged for drug users and the management of HIC positive and drug addicts were strengthened.Conclusions The AIDS epidemic posture was stable with a slight decline,but was still sever,which should be continued to strengthen monitoring and intervention measures.
