他克莫司软膏治疗面部脂溢性皮炎疗效分析

目的:探讨他克莫司软膏治疗面部脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的72例面部脂溢性皮炎患者的临床资料,随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,治疗组采用他克莫司软膏进行治疗,对照组采用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏进行治疗,治疗4周后,比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组的总有效率为88.89%,显著高于对照组的总有效率72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的症状体征总积分无显著性差异,治疗后1周治疗组低于对照组,但无显著性差异,治疗后第2、3、4周治疗组均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的总不良反应发生率11.11%,显著低于对照组的22.22%。结论:他克莫司治疗面部脂溢性皮炎能显著降低患者的症状体征总积分,临床疗效显著,安全性较高。

The Analysis of the Efficacy for Tacrolimus Ointment in the Treatment of Facial Seborrheic Dermatitis

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy for tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis. Methods：The clinical data of 72 cases of facial seborrheic dermatitis patients in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, and 36 cases in each group. The treatment group was taken with tacrolimus ointment for treatment and the control group was taken with triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream for treatment. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results ： After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89 %, significantly higher than the total efficiency of 72.22% in the control group, P〈0.05. The total score of the signs and symptoms of the patients before treatment was without significant differ-ence. After treatment for 1 week, the treatment group was lower than the control group, but there was no significant difference. After treatment for 2, 3, and 4 weeks, the total score of the signs and symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, and P〈0.05. The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 11.11%, was significantly low er than 22.22% of the control group. Conclusion：The tacrolimus secretary in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis can sig nificantly reduce the total score of the patient＇s symptoms and signs, and the clinical efficacy is significant and with higher security.
