191例布病病人的流行病学分析

目的对就诊的布病病人进行流行病学分析,为布病的综合防治提供科学依据。方法用Excel和Epiinfo软件处理数据,对发病时间、就诊时间、月份及性别等进行分析。结果阿巴嘎旗布病的发病季节主要集中在5～10月,其中8月份是高峰。病人中有88%的病人在急性期能确诊就治。有41.88%的病人在确诊就治后没有治愈。病人中男性多于女性,比例为1.5∶1。发病者中以青壮年(25～40岁)为多,占80%。2月份发病的布病病人没有及时就诊的人数最多。结论发病高峰出现后移和拖长,大部分病人在急性期都能去就诊医治,有41.88%的布病病人在初诊后没有治愈。在2月份发病的病人就诊间隔拖延天数最长,平均76d。

Epidemiological analysis of 191 brucellosis patients

Objective To do epidemiological analysis on the brucellosis patients,and provide scientific basis for comprehensive control of brucellosis.Method Analyze the outbreak time,clinical time,month and gender by Excel and Epiinfo software.Results The occurrence of brucellosis was mainly from May to October,and the peak time was in August.88% of the patients could accept treatment during acute period,and 41.88% were not cured after diagnosis.Male patients were more than female ones,and the ratio was 1.5∶ 1.The patients were mainly between 25 and 40 years old(80%).The patients in February were not treated in time.Conclusions The incidence peak appeared a backward and long trend.Most patients could go to clinic during acute period,and 48.8% of them were not cured after initial diagnosis.Patients in February delayed to accept treatment,and the average delay time was 76 days.
