2010年青岛市崂山区手足口病流行特征分析

目的分析青岛市崂山区2010年手足口病流行特征,探讨影响其流行的因素。方法采用描述性流行病学研究方法,应用Excel2003软件统计,率的比较采用χ2检验。结果 2010年崂山区共报告手足口病898例,发病率为350.78/10万,病例主要集中在人口密集、流动人口较多的城乡结合部,发病高峰期在4～9月份,占全年总发病数的91.87%,主要发生在3岁以下儿童,占发病总数的67.26%,男女之比为1.41∶1,病原学检测以Cox A16感染为主,据传播途径等分析,社区环境卫生差,去过公共场所,家庭成员卫生习惯差以及父母职业是从事服务行业的儿童患手足口病的机率较高。结论崂山区手足口病发病有明显的地区、时间、职业和性别差异,针对疫情特点采取相应的防控措施,防止疫情的蔓延和升级。

Epidemiological analysis of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in Laoshan District of Qingdao in 2010

Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD),and discuss its epidemic factors.Method Analyze the data by Excel 2003 software and compare the rates by χ2test.Results 898 cases of HFMD were reported in 2010,and the incidence was 350.78/100 000.The cases were mainly concentrated in urban fringe area where the population was dense,and mobile population was large.The peak of incidence occurred between April to September,which accounted for 91.87%.Patients were mainly children under 3 years old,which accounted for 67.26%.The ratio between men to women was 1.41∶ 1.Etiological detection showed that most were infected with Cox A16.By analyzing the transmission route,we found that children in poor community environmental sanitation,exposed to public places,poor health habits of family members,and whose parents worked in service industry had a higher incidence rate.Conclusions The incidence of HFMD had significant differences in area,time,occupation and gender.We should adopt appropriate prevention and control measures according to its epidemic characteristics,so as to prevent the spread and upgrade of this disease.
