氯氮平治疗精神分裂症患者前后血液流变学变化分析

目的:探讨氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的机理是否与改善血液流变学有关。方法:对40例住院精神分裂症患者用氯氮平进行治疗,观察治疗前后血液流变学指标的变化。结果:40例患者全血高切粘度、低切粘度、红细胞比容较正常人增高,差异有统计学意义。40例患者治疗前后全血高切粘度、低切粘度、红细胞比容差异也有统计学意义。结论:用氯氮平治疗精神分裂症前后血液流变学有变化,血液流变学的检测对精神分裂症的诊断与分型治疗评估和估计转归等方面具有一定的参考价值。

Analysis on Clozapine Treatment of Schizophrenic Patients Before and after the Changes of Hemorheology

Objective： To explore the mechanism of clozapine treatment of schizophrenia is associated with improved blood rheology. Methods： 40 cases of hospitalized patients with schizophrenia in our hospital with clozapine treatment hemorheology indicated chan-ges were observed before and after treatment. Results. 40 patients with high shear blood viscosity, low shear viscosity, hematocrit than normal increased, and the difference was statistically significant. 40 patients before and after treatment, high shear blood vis-cosity, low shear viscosity, hematocrit difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：Before and after the treatment of schizo-phrenia with clozapine hemorheology changes in blood rheology detection diagnosis and classification of schizophrenia treatment as-sessment and estimated prognosis has certain reference value.
