| 摘 要： | 目的:研究金银忍冬叶的化学成分。方法:采用各种柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析(MS,1 H-NMR,13 C-NMR)并进行结构鉴定。结果:从金银忍冬叶中分离鉴定了6种化合物,分别为木犀草素(1),金圣草素(2),山奈酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),芦丁(4),绿原酸甲酯(5),绿原酸(6)。结论:所有化合物皆是首次从金银忍冬叶中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study on Chemical Constituents from the Leaves of Lonicera macckii(Rupr.) Maxim.Methods:Many chromatography means were used in separation and purification,and the structures of all compounds were identified by the means of spectroscopic analysis(MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR) and physicochemical properties.Results:Six compounds were elucidated as luteolin(1),chrysoeriol(2),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),rutin(4),methyl chlorogenate(5) chlorogenic acid(6),respectively.Conclusion:The six compounds were obtained from the leaves of Lonicera macckii(Rupr.) Maxim..for the first time. |
