| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立地锦草中槲皮素高效液相色谱测定方法。方法 :色谱柱Kromasil-C18(4.6mm×250mm ,5μm) ,流动相为乙腈-0.4 %磷酸 (40∶60) ,检测波长370nm ,流速 1.0mL·min-1。结果 :槲皮素在 0.0364～0.12 74μg线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,回收率 100 .7% ,RSD 2.5%。 结论 :为地锦草及其制剂提供了分析方法 ,该法简便 ,结果可靠。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To develop an HPLC method for determining quercetin in Herba Euphorbiae Humifusae. METHOD: ODS column was used with acetonitrile: 0.4% phosphoric acid (40:60) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 370 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. RESULT: The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.0364-0.1274 microgram (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 100.71% with relative standard deviation of 2.45%. CONCLUSION: This method can be used for quality control of Herba Euphorbiae Humifusae. It is simple, rapid and reliable. |
