国产注射用头孢呋辛钠治疗呼吸道感染的临床疗效观察

目的 比较国产注射用头孢呋辛钠与进口注射用头孢呋辛钠（对照组）治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效和安全性。方法 在3家医院进行前瞻性多中心随机比较，共治疗120例患者，头孢呋辛钠组和对照组均静脉滴注，3g/d，疗程7－14d，一般资料相似（P＞0．05）。结果 两组临床疗效无显著性差异（P＞0．05），痊愈率分别为91．7％和95．0％，细菌阳性率为79．2％（95／120），细菌清除率分别为95．2％和100．0％，两组在统计学上无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。两组不良反应发生率分别为1．77％（1／60）和5．00％（3／60）,无显著性差异。结论 在治疗下呼吸道感染中，国产注射用头孢呋辛钠和进口注射用头孢呋辛钠都是安全有效的。

Study on cefuroximne in treating respiratory tract infections

Objective: To evaluate and compare the efficacy and safety of domestic cefuroxime and Zinacef . Methods: In this multicenter, randomized, prospective study, 60 patients received 1.5g of cefuroxime intravenously twice a day (treatment group), 60 patients received 1.5g of Zinacef twice a day (control group). Results: The overall efficacy rate of cefuroxime and Zinacef were 91.7% and 95.0% respectively ( P >0.05). The eradication rate for two groups were 95.2% and 100.0% respectively ( P >0.05). The adverse events rate were 1.77% and 5.00% ( P >0.05). Conclusion: Results indicate that for the majority of patients with lower respiratory tract infections, both the domestic cefuroxime and Zinacef are effective and safe.
